Minnesota Power is pleased to offer a new program called CARE (Customer Affordability of Residential Electricity), which offers income-qualified households served by Minnesota Power the opportunity to receive a discount on monthly electric bills. The CARE Program is administered by the Arrowhead Economic Opportunity Agency (AEOA) on behalf of Minnesota Power.
Through the CARE Program, eligible households can lower their energy costs with a discounted rate, establish a budget payment plan, and get help paying overdue balances.
The CARE Program goes into effect November 1, 2011, and is limited to 5,000 customers at a time, on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Complete your LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) application with your local Energy Assistance Provider.
